Poste à occuper :
Advancio seeks a motivated admin assistant to join our team and participate in the organization’s day–to-day operations that include general office administration.
For this position, you should be able to use your organizational skills to manage your office space and your time, as you will collaborate with managers and colleagues in a fast-paced environment. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our day-to-day office operations run smoothly.
Profil recherché :
- Greet guests and the general public; answer and route phone calls.
- Conduct a variety of general receptionist & secretary tasks as assigned.
- Assists in Global HR projects specific to Morocco site.
- Excels at being discreet, maintaining confidential and sensitive information.
- Responsible for in-house event planning & organizing.
Skills & Requirements:
- Computer Skills (Microsoft Office).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work with a multicultural, globally distributed team.
- Ability to Work Under Pressure.
- High English Level (written & spoken).
- Access to reliable transportation.
